After setting up the company profile and importing the employee data, you will also need to set the OT rates.
This can be accessed via Company > OT Rates:
Ordinary and Rest Day already have the mandatory rates by default. You can edit these and the other holiday and rest day rates by clicking on the "edit" link beside the each type.
However, check and make sure first that the specific OT Rates are checked on the Company Profile so you can add /edit these after.
Once done, you can now edit the OT Rates. Please note that unchecked OT Rate types cannot be edited in the OT Table.
You can also add new OT tables by clicking the Add button above the table. This means you can choose which OT table to assign to employees as seen on their profiles.
We do not recommend deleting tables as much as possible in order to keep an accurate history of the account.
