If you don't know what a Security Password is, jump here to know more - What is the Security Password? (For Admins). Please take note that this is different from a user's password used for his or her personal account.
Here are the following steps for resetting:
1. Click Security Password then Reset Password? Then click Ok.
2. Check the email that you registered on Sprout Payroll. You will receive a message like this one below. Click on the link.
3. A new window will open. Input your new password on both fields then click Submit. Please note that the password will be reset for all your accounts.
