If your Biometric Device doesn't have the ADMS Function yet, it means that the firmware isn't updated.
(This is only applicable for F18 & F21 devices).
The instruction below will provide the step by step procedure on how to update your biometric device to enable the ADMS so that we can utilize the domain name and apply the Auto Push Function for your Biometric Device.
Step 1: Download the attached file first. (See the attached file below) Extract the file as shown in Figure 1:
After the extraction you should see something like what is shown in Figure 2:
Step 2: Open the SDK folder and try to install the SDK. Register_SDK for 32 bit and Register_SDK_x64 for 64 bit. See Figure 3 for reference.
Step 3: Run the SetParam Application in the main folder. You should see something like what is shown in Figure 4.
Step 4: Input the IP address of the biometric device that needs to be updated. Please see highlighted item in Figure 4.
Step 5: Open the parameter text document in the main folder (See Figure 5), copy the text (See Figure 6) and paste it in SetParam application as shown in Figure 7. Click Connect, then click Restart device. The device should restart and the device will have the ADMS function.
