If you need to edit some details of an approved OT application, the manager or admin has access to edit the application. Follow these simple steps:
- On the Menu bar, go to My Team > Approval Center.
- Search for the OT applications of the employee.
*Note: Please include the Date Filed of the application when adjusting the Date Range.
- Click the specific OT Application and it will show you a more detailed information of the application. Then click the EDIT icon.
- On the OT application page, you can update the details as necessary. Then click Apply.
- A notification message will appear if updating is successful.
