An employee whose schedule type is Flexible per Week can generate see his time sheet through My Attendance only when the date range selected is for the whole week. But what If the employee wants to check his running total hours and determine how many more hours should he still render?
For instance, if the current week is September 24 (Sunday) - September 30 (Saturday) and the employee has just finished his shift on September 27 (Wednesday), here are the steps that should be done:
1. Go to My Attendance.
2. Select the date range for the week. In this case, it’s September 24 - September 30, then click Generate.
3.Click on the summary row to see the details of the attendance.
4. Notice at the Total Hours column (last column) that the last row (September 30 - Saturday) indicates the total hours already rendered. Based on the No. of Hours to Work set in the employee profile, the remaining hours that are still yet to be completed can also be computed (No. of Hours to Work - Total Hours Rendered).
