Users who are assigned to either manager or admin dashboard are the ones who have access to Approval Center. This is where all applications which are pending approval, already approved/rejected/cancelled, or resubmitted for editing can be seen.
The Approval Center page can be quickly seen on the dashboard, but upon clicking “View More” or navigating through My Team > Approval Center, you will be directed to the Approval Center page. On this page, there are 2 tabs that categorize the applications being viewed – Pending and Processed.
The difference between these two is explained below:
Includes all applications pending with the user who is currently logged in
Includes all applications already approved, rejected, cancelled or resubmitted for editing, and also includes pending applications which are pending with other manager’s approval but are viewable based on the set Employee Viewing. (What Is Employee Viewing? (Access Levels))
So for instance, you are an admin and wants to view the applications of employees not reporting to you, this can be seen under the Processed tab of the Approval Center.
Now you learned the difference between the Pending and Processed tabs of the Approval Center. If you have questions or suggestions, do not hesitate to get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
