If your account is also using the Sprout Recruit, a widget of Sprout Recruit would be present on your Sprout HR. The Recruit Widget reflects depending on the dashboard assigned to the user in Sprout HR.
This widget displays 2 columns if the user is assigned with either an Admin dashboard or a Manager dashboard, and only one column if the user is assigned with Employee dashboard.
The first column only appears is the user’s quick access to Sprout Recruit which consists of the following:
1. View My Team’s Jobs
- Directs the user to the “All Jobs” tab in Sprout Recruit
2. For Approval
- Directs the user to the “For Approval” tab in Sprout Recruit
3. For Checking
- Directs the user to the “For Checking” tab in Sprout Recruit
The second column lists down the scheduled interview, specifying the time of interview, applicant name and the position being applied for.
*Note: The schedules displayed here are only those for the current day and the next day. On the default view, only 2 schedules are displayed so in case there are a number of interviews, you will have to select the drop down button to view all the schedules (for the current and next day).
Specifically for Employee dashboard, this will be the only column appearing on the Recruit Widget. In case there are no scheduled interviews, the whole widget will not be displayed.
In addition to these columns, you will notice the “Request for a job” button at the upper right corner of the Recruit Widget.
This directs the user to the “Add Job” modal in Sprout Recruit.
