When the computer connected to the biometrics device is restarted, the Biometrics Log Fetcher stops.
Follow these easy steps to restart the fetcher:
- Open the Run app on the desktop and input "services.msc". Then click Ok.
- Go to Services and look for "BiometricLogsFetcher". Or you can search via the Windows start menu found on the lower left corner of the screen. Type in "BiometricLogsFetcher".
- When the Services window opens, hover the arrow over the BiometricLogsFetcher program, then right-click and select "Restart".
