When the computer connected to the biometrics device is restarted or is turned off, the Biometric Logs Fetcher will stop fetching the logs. If this happens, all you need to do is to restart the Biometric Logs Fetcher.
Here are the steps:
- Search Services via the Windows start menu found on the lower left corner of the desktop screen. Type in "Services".
- When the Services window opens, select the SPROUT BIOMETRIC SERVICE, then click “Restart”.
