Generally, all employees who have subordinates reporting to them should be able to see the Pending Approvals section on their dashboards.
However, if in case these approvers are not able to see their pending approvals, here are the 2 things you need to check:
1. What is the Access Level saved in their profile?
a. Go to the Employee’s Profile.
b. Click Access Level and check what is saved under User Level.
Note that, if an employee is an approver, his/her Access Level should not be set to “Employee”. Otherwise, you should update it to another level, let’s say, “Supervisor/Manager”.
2. Based on the Access/User Level saved in their profile, you should find out which dashboard is currently set for that Access Level.
a. Click Maintenance and choose Access Levels.
b. In the Level dropdown list, select the Access Level based from what is saved in the Employee’s Profile.
c. Determine what dashboard is set for that Level.
Also note that the dashboard set for an approver’s Access Level should be either Manager or Admin dashboard only. Otherwise, this needs to be updated.
