If you’re an HR admin and need to monitor filed leave applications of a specific employee, or a group of employees from a specific department/company, Sprout HR can provide this report for you. Here’s how:

- Click Administration Tools and select Leave Search.
- Fill out the parameters: Date Range, Company, Department, and Employee.
- Once done, click Search button to generate the report. Notice that there are 2 sections of the report. First is the Summary which lists down all employees based on your selected parameters. When the name of a specific employee from this section is clicked, you will see the leave types assigned to that employee and the corresponding available credits for each type. The second section is Transactions which lists down all filed leave applications based on your selected parameters, regardless of the leave type and application status.
- If you want to have an Excel copy of your generated report, all you need to do is click the Download Excel button, and open the downloaded file.
