Cancellation of COA applications can be done by either the employee, supervisor/manager or the admin. There are 2 ways in which an employee can do this:
a. Via My Stuff section in the Dashboard
- Under the My Stuff section, look for the specific COA you want to cancel then click the “x” icon.
- The details of the selected COA will be shown. Click “x” and input the Reason for Cancellation.
- Click Submit, and a notification message will appear if your application was cancelled successfully.
b. Via My Requests/Approval tab in the Dashboard
- Click My Requests/Approvals, and choose My Certificate of Attendance.
- Under the Pending/Resubmitted for Editing tab, look for the specific COA, and click Cancel.
- Input the Reason for Cancellation.
- Click OK, and a notification message will appear if your application was cancelled successfully.
